Our Club
Just 1 School of Jiu Jitsu is a family orientated Academy with a focus on self protection and personal development through martial arts.
We run age-specific programs from ages 4 through to adults. Students learn confidence & focus, age specific self defence, make new friends and have a great time.
If you've thought about doing martial arts before, or are looking for a new challenge, now is the time to get started! The kid & adult classes are run on a "no ego" basis. They focus on situation awareness, self defence and self confidence.
It doesn't matter if you've got no experience or are completely unfit, we have a class suitable for you.

Chris was born in the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil he is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fighter and teacher. He started training in 2003 always at Cia Paulista Brazil and in 2014 was graduated to Black Belt by the Head Coach of Cia Paulista in Brazil, Master Eduardo Leitão, 6th Degree.

Darios' experience in combat sports started at the age of 11 when he started training and competing in Judo and later Taekwondo.
After taking a long break - 20+ years, decided to try a Brazilian jiu jitsu under head coach Portugues in 2015 at the age of 36, he fell in love with the team, sport, community and continued training.
Brazilian jiu jitsu has helped Dario in many areas of his life, and compliments his work in a high pressure environment.
